Hi all,
What goes up must come down right? Even cosmonauts. So with that in mind, the photos this week are of a sunrise and a sunset. Do let me know if you can figure out where.
Three things stand out in this week’s collection of stuff worth a look, see or listen to. First and foremost is the new Netflix documentary Downfall: The Case Against Boeing—if you fly (or used to!) it is close to a must-watch. Also in my new “Random other stuff” section, is a podcast interview with an author who has penned a new book on Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. It is surprisingly funny in places and plain whacky in others, but, well, the first man in space qualifies him for inclusion in a travel newsletter I reckon! Last but not least, the top-lining story this week, is an interview with the trainman—aka the Man in Seat 51. Oh, and don’t miss the old pics from Cambodia! Enjoy.
Cheers
Stuart

The following chart is per capita—not total numbers. The dark green bar is the one that matters—it represents the percentage of the eligible population that are fully vaccinated. You can see a full-size and interactive version of the chart here.
